This is the first time I've used them and they did a good job and my unit is running more efficiently as evidence by my lower energy bill.

I already have ecobee installed prior purchasing from them. They didn't have to use their part so they allowed me to have yearly checkup for free. It was good. It was like $1800 cheaper than somebody else quoted me.
