Representative evaluated landscape and made recommendations, and let me make the decision on work to be performed without hassle. Also educated me on soil conditions in AZ and other pros/cons on desert landscape. Workers arrived on scheduled date and worked quickly and effectively. Received a 'thank you' in the mail afterward. Now awaiting my trees to respond favorably!

I called after a recent storm; because our front tree touches our roof and our neighbors. I didn't want either one of us to have any problems come the next storm. Our front tree has grown quite rapidly and really needed to be trimmed. The company was very busy after the storm; but they did get back to me the same day. They had someone out to look at my tree the next day (Saturday); and the work was completed that Tuesday.

I have used them to trim the mesquite 3 or 4 times and always found their work to be well done. I haven't even gotten estimates from other services so don't know how the price compares. But since I have been satisfied with the quality, that's not an issue for me.

What a cluster this was. I have used them in the past with mostly good results. Our estimator this time was a tool. He refused to leave me a quote at the door, preferring to email it, which he never did. He briefly discussed it with me, while I was at work and said he would wait for my call, which would follow receipt of the email. No email, but he set it up anyway and never returned numerous phone calls. At the 11th hour, only with the intervention of someone in his office, he called back, was very rude and offended I was upset with his conduct. The crew is great, the trees look good, but stay away from this deep root fertilization! Big fat waste of money.

I live in the Arcadia area so I have to get my palm trees trimmed every year. This company left there card on my door I couldn't get ahold of my regular person so I thought I would try this company. The estimator was very nice and we settled on a price his first price was a little steep. They said they would come out between 2-4 and the crew arrived and kept asking first about the remainder of the payment and least 2 times and we told them we had set it up at the office to be paid. They trimmed 2 trees and said it was too hot and they were tired and they had another job that they didn't have to climb and they would come back the next day at 8:00a. They left both gates wide open. I thought this was very unprofessional! So the next day they didn't show up I called the office at 8:45a and they said that they knew nothing about them coming back and they would check into it and call me back. They did call me back and the crew showed up a little while later. The crew complained the trees were too high and then asked us about the payment again. While they were trimming our Directtv went out and I went outside and said the Tv is not working and they said they didn't do anything. I did see trimmings hanging off my Dish. So I called the office again and they said they were sending out a supervisor. I called Directv and they said they couldn't send anyone out for 2 weeks but I could try to reset the dish myself. The crew left never saying they were done again left both gates wide open. I got a ladder and noticed that the arm was completely broken. The supervisor came out and said that the crew said they didn't touch anything. He was nice and he got some wire and we had some duct tape so he wired and taped it so a least we have a signal in 1 room. He did say if Directtv charges us they would pay for it. We are still waiting for them to come. I would never use this company for anything they are very unprofessional.

They were very responsive. They showed up on time. They worked with me on my requests. They were all polite and professional. I would recommend them to others.

I asked for a certified arborist since this involved citrus trees. I later found out he was an "arborist" in training. He couldn't even tell the difference between a dead or a live tree. He looked at the trees and wrote out a contract on what they were going to do. He assured me the trees would live and bare fruit. They said they would credit me if they did not. This was all stated in the contract. They came out and treated the trees and replaced one of them because there wasn't a place to properly prune it. They were very confrontational when I complained about some of the trees that died after their treatment. My complaint now is that they will not fix the problem of the trees that have now died. It is stated in my contract that they would credit me if any died or did not bare fruit.

The price was very high (750$ for trimming) and the entire time the man was trying to sell me on a deep root fertilization for 855$. I thought that was way high!

We have used him before in the past. He shows up when he says he will and he is efficient in his work. Even his staff is wonderful. We have already recommended them to other people and will continue to do so.

The estimator arrived about a half hour late but did eventually show up. He quoted the work and indicated that it would be done on Friday which was three days away. Friday came and no one from the company showed up to do the work. I called and they did not seem to have a clue that he quoted me Friday and said they would call me back. I ended up having to call them multiple times in order to figure out what happened and when they were coming. Apparently since I was having a new palm installed the trimming was being handled by their landscape department instead of the tree trimming department and that department doesn't allow the field representative to schedule dates. I finally got them to indicate they would be coming out on the following Wednesday but only gave me large windows of time when they would arrive. The work once they got here was completed well and they cleaned up everything really well after. They then under billed me the first time and called me a week later.

He then told me he would discuss this with his management and see if they would be willing to give me a rebate on the liquid fertilizer and give me a reduced price to replace 2 Ficas. I patiently waited for days then I called and either got false promises or no reply. In May, I started calling the office; I spoke to Rebecca who put me in touch with Kyle (CSR) who in turn seen very sympathetic, he sent Joe out to see for himself 5/16/ with no apt. He calls on my cell and I gave him permission to enter the yard. He later called and told me that he had found evidence of a de foliage liquid and insecticides and implied that s what killed the trees. When I asked Joe to come back, the phone disconnected never to be heard from again.

Horrible, they do not guarantee their work, they ripped me off for $750! First, all they did was remove the granite from the tree trunks and put about 3 inches of mulch on top of the bad soil. The soil they said was causing the problem is still there. I was away when they performed the service, they left the irrigation off, I returned after 5 days of 110 degree weather and turned on the system, the Palm trees were very stressed by then. Many leaks immediately started streaming lots of water. Now I know why they left it off. They called me for payment and I refused because I was not satisfied. I had never had any problem with existing irrigation system and they said that they didn't cause the problems. The system is still not working but they were threatening to put the bill out to collection. I decided that I had been ripped off and was better off finding a reputable landscaping company. They were rude,unreliable and dishonest. I will likely end up losing the largest Palms.

The estimator was prompt and very knowledgeable. Service was scheduled for a few days later. After waiting at home for the service scheduled for between 12 and 3. At about 3 I called them to find out if they were coming. They said they would call back. At 4 I gave up an left. Around 5 they called and left a message saying the could keep the appointment (no kidding!). The jobs was rescheduled. This time they came on time. They did a reasonable job. However they are charging a premium price and the service was average. Three weeks later I am still picking rocks out of the lawn from their over zealous use of a leaf blowers. I called and let them know this was a problem. They offered to come out and clean up the rocks, but I have already done that. I was told that if I wanted to use them again they "probably" could give me a discount.

Returned initial call quickly. Came out to see the work and give a price within 2 days and then scheduled service in the next day. Workers were on time and completed all work as expected.

They were responsive and willing to work with me. I had 2 metal rods that were propping up one of the trees, and I asked them to remove them, and they did. They had to try 3 times, and get a special tool, but they did it. I applaud their persistence.

Everything went smoothly. The tree work was done in about 2 hours. Not enough was removed from one tree, but after further instructions, the tree was trimmed to my satisfaction. Stump of acacia tree was ground on another day, and the rock work and hauling were done on a 3rd day- all within 1 week, and all done to my satisfaction.

The gentleman came to my home and gave me an estimate. I think they were extremely helpful and friendly. They came within the time span they gave me. They cleaned up. I would not have known anyone was there, except my trees were thinned and shaped. They even went into my neighbor's yard to clean up the droppings that fell on their property. I will refer them.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Jason's team was supposed to be scheduled for the AM. I received a call from the office stating that the crew would arrive at my home between 11am and 2pm. They arrived at approximately 1:30. They did a very good job in my opinion. A prior tree service had trimmed my olive trees with a hedge trimmer on a pole. Design tree performed a structural pruning to encourage proper growth of the trees. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

The night before, I was told that the crew would be out between 7am and 8am. The crew arrived promptly at 7am, completed the work, and was finished before 8am. They removed all of the debris, even raking the lawn for small leaves.

The crew was prompt and efficient. They did a very good job! I was very pleased with the appearance of the large Mesquite when they finished. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the front yard looking good.

The price estimate was done over the phone with the main office, after I described the trees to be pruned, and the work to be done. Gerald and his crew arrived slightly early and did a beautiful job. He was knowledgeable about trees.

Quick phone response, quick site visit and estimate, reasonable price, extremely fast schedule for work, did what they said and did it well, cleaned up nicely.
