I had them do a roof repair about 3 years ago. There was a recent storm that caused damage, and I have tried calling them numerous times, and no one ever answers, or returns my messages.

Every step of the way I have had problems. The first problem morter was the wrong color. It was to dark. I gave them information on the morter consistency and they ignored it. Next problem was that they didn't call the electrical company when the walls were open. They were going fur out the wall and install the electrical lines. I did not want that per my instructions. They had already bought the material to fur out the walls. When they channeled out the walls, a lot of brick dust, and plaster was all over the walls. I asked them if I could wash the walls before they painted. They told me they were going to spay the and it would fall off. But when they sprayed the dust was trapped under the paint. It is just a mess in there now. The plasteing was supposedly done right but right after the plastering they painted right away. I told them that some places were sagging, they said I have sagging beams. They never told me about this and some of the places that have extra plaster there are no beams run there. They blamed us for delays, and it really there fault. Day one we said to upgrade electrical. They didn't start for months. The condition of the yard is horrible. There is asbestos in the yard, concrete, plaster along the side of the house, in the front and around where the dumpster was. Because of the ceiling problem, my brand new cabinets crown molding can't lay flat across the ceiling. They referred us to a company to do the cabinets, we went out there, they would even contact us afterwords. We had to go outside of the company we were referred to to get our cabinets. The exterior walls were scraped poorly, I can go out and just flick paint off. My front door is still not right. Before the accident my door opened and close properly, now you have to really work with the door to get it looked at night. We see hairline cracks that they just painted over and told us to wait a year to see what happens. They also said that they were new cracks, but stress has not cause them yet. We just moved back in before Thanksgiving. We moved out begining Feb. and they didn't start until a month later. The insurance company said they would be done in July. We ran out of rent money from our insurance company and had to move into our guest house. Two people in a guest house with a dog and our items from our house. We used it as cold storage from for things from our house that we didn't want damaged by the heat. The ice maker line broke and flooded the guest house. We had to remove everything and dry it out a move back to a rental property. We had to pay for this ourselve since the company would not pay even though they didn't finish in time. They said they would put up a fense to secure the property and didn't. The lentils were left outside and stolen. The metal post that were specialy designed for them to fit into were stolen. They never had plans drawn up for the electrical contractor, so the electrician had no plans to go by, neither did any other contractor.
