We bought a deal for an hour worth of electrical service and thought we'd be able to have one outlet moved but the contractor was able to move two different outlets in an hour, so we were thrilled.

He was informative, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable.

They were very punctual arriving on time. The only issued we had is we had to add a total of 7 lights to our small kitchen due to the first time they came out -misplacing the lights, and what I mean by misplacing is we needed their professional opinion on where they should be placed and once it was done we realized we had to add another two lights. It didn't help when the second technician showed up and said why would he have placed all the lights here.

Cleaning of carpets was very thorough.

Contractor checked a couple of electrical circuits that were not functioning properly. He replaced the timers. Everything now works as before.

I used Desert Mountain's coupon, and it was a real money-saver! I've used this company many times, and they're always prompt, courteous, and professional, and their rates are very reasonable. They always email me an invoice that thoroughly describes the work done and gives estimates for future work. I especially appreciate that they explain what they're doing and answer all my questions. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. After I purchased a "deal" the company sent me an email to set up the appointment and I told them that I wanted a hot water heater timer and they provided the proper timer for my unit (I sent them an electronic photo of our unit so they could get the correct one) The technician arrived a little late, but called to explain that he was running late. He did a wonderful job and explained everything to me and set the timer so I would not have to bother with it. I'm very pleased and will use them again as he explained that no project is too small for them.

Service was punctual, cheerful, efficient and competent. Even my dog liked the repairman!

He took one hour to go to Home Depot to buy the supplies and took that time from my paid time. He bought more parts than he used and charged me for them. then left all the extra parts for me to return with no receipt. I called their office the next day and asked for the receipt but they have never sent it. The $99 for "two hours" of service was a joke.

Want to thank Desert Mountain for their service. Very professional and answered all my questions concerning the lights I bought. Cleaned up ever inch and was very respectful. I would hire them again !!!

Very good. Arrived on time and worked h****** the job. Gave good recommendationstuff for how to fix other items. Work was very good. Electrician took great care and had good attention to detail. We will hire them again.

First they responded to our purchasing the big deal price right away, made an appointment, the employee called 5 minutes before arriving. We had him take down a light fixture and put up another one we had, but when he started to put the other one up it was for a flat ceiling and our area was slanted, he offered to put the old one back up but we had a 2nd one, unfortunately it needed the bar that goes across the ceiling part and we did not have it and he did not have one in his truck to fit. We left it empty until we find a light fixture we like or parts for the 2nd option. It was too bad we had not noticed the non swival top on the new light prior to taking off the old one but none of us did. He was able to get the outdoor light working again, it was an old sensor light that we had put in new bulbs but it would not come on. Now it does. He checked the yard lights and offered suggestions about the wiring. We still had time so we had him check our box to make sure we weren't at maximum yet, which we aren't We did mention about the hour coming with a whole house consultation which then he offered to do, but when he told us what it entailed we chose to forgo it. We were happy with the company, the employee and the service.

We had a very favorable experience with Desert Mountain. They were prompt in setting up the appointment and Miguel arrived a few minutes early. He called us first to make sure we were available to start the work earlier than the planned appointment. He was very friendly and pleasant. The work was performed to our satisfaction within the estimated time outlined by Miguel. He was careful to prepare the work area first for easy clean-up afterward. I would definitely use Desert Mountain for future electric related work.

Good communication, answered questions and they were on time. Tech did a good job in a timely manner and didn't try and over sell anything.

All work accomplished as promised. I kept him busy for the two hours that I had paid for in advance. He checked some outdoor lights, changed some landscape lighting bulbs, etc.

The work went very well and they did a great job. They showed up when they said the would and did a real professional looking job, I am very pleased with the work.

John arrived at 7AM,as he said he would, got started immediately. covered all the kitchen appliance and such to keep them clean, very neat young man. brought in his equipment, petted our dog and got to work. He is very neat and quiet and finished this job by 9AM. Amazing!! Cleaned everything up, gave me some tips on saving electricity and off he went. Kitchen looks much better, its just what I needed, not new eyeglasses. Will highly recommend this company and John to all.

From the start, my experience with Desert Mountain Electric was excellent. The office scheduler was so polite and professional and very helpful in working with our schedule. The electrician who performed the work was so professional as well. He called prior to arriving, he got right to fixing what we needed, he explained everything thoroughly, he cleaned up the work area afterwards-----------it was a great experience all-around ---- I will use them again any time I have electrical issues or needs come up.

Miguel arrived on time, introduced himself and was ready to do the job. He asked me to show him where I wanted the new lights to go and then placed them exactly where we had discussed. He removed the old fixture for me and used the wiring for the new ones, adding a dimmer switch to control them. He was very professional, quiet (even let me know when drilling would be loud and my dogs actually liked him, never even barked!), efficient and very nice. He was finished in about 2 hours!

EXCELLENT!!!! Showed up at the agreed upon time, worked in a very professional manor, friendly, and cleaned up promptly.

It went well. Drilled initial but it came in too close to an outside wall. He had to redrill another hole at an angle to give him more room outdoors to install the outlet. I don't think he caulked around the outlet-it doesn't appear like he did. Overall he did ok.
