My pool pump went out and while I was vacationing and I was out of town for three weeks and he didn’t call me to say my pool pump went out. When I went home my pool water was like peas soup. He was my pool guy he should have given me a heads up. If you are showing up there once a week and you see the pool getting green he should have told me. Communication is key and I was disappointed.

It was not good but it was not bad. We had some trouble scheduling. We had some trouble working around irrigation days but it was alright. I paid a little extra for chemicals that had to be added to the pool. I spent another $40 or so for the chemicals.

Showed up on time, emptied the pool , next day he cleaned it, back washed, and then filled it up. Always answered my calls, especially after I back washed and thought I flooded my yard .

Our pool had been a weekend disappointment most of this summer, working and trying to kepp it up, somehow kept it from being clear and inviting as normal. We decided to look for solutions, first having our chems checked and assured they look great it's just this time of year. Then we thought I be we can find someone on Angie's list that can help us. We searched about 10 companies, half respond back, and a variety of price ranges. Then out of nowhere this coupon arrived for 3 moths of service $120, what a deal. We accepted and they responded immediately and set up a day to meet. He arrived for his inspection and routine. He confirmed everything we are doing is perfect, the problem was a quick fix, showed us how to tell the signs of this. Offered his advise of what product we needed, something that even Leslies Pools (i believe) took advantage of not solving. Pool cleared instantly, swimmable the next day and what we had been waiting for, for a long time, had materialized before our eyes. He came the following week, left a message of his routine, and where we were, at keeping it perfect. Also offers a great coupon for prospective business referals. We're still working on the pool during monsoons, to assure we could countinue to swim, but nice to know someone else is helping. Very well worth the money and having, I'd highly recommend them. Very satisfied.

Pool turned green after one and a half month, which he pointed out yard maintenance was the issue which was never presented as a case before hand and wasn't until I followed up to see why he was not delivering the services. Eventually he removed the screw from the timer and let pool pump run for four straight days - which we didn't realize until our neighbor shared with us. In essence, we've paid to him directly for the services which were never provided and another $300 in electricity / $100 to recover pool with urgent cleaning. Absolutely bait and switch. Highly recommend you to stay away.

Dan is pleasant to work with and does the job, arriving weekly to keep our pool sparkling and clean. We haven't had any repair issues, but expect he will handle them as he handles the cleaning.

Called right after purchasing the big deal. I postponed the start of serving but when I called they returned the call right away. Very professional.

Not sure I will continue after the 12 weeks as it may just not be in my budget for the weekly fee.
