When our pool pump when out Desert Mesa Pools were able to fix it in a fast and friendly manner. They were wonderful people who really just wanted to help someone fix a problem. We will definitely use in the future.

These guys were exceptional. We were able to get a pool heater installed, gas line ran, and new meter hooked up all in a weeks time. Fast and great communicators.

While it is pricy - I did have the heat pump pool heater installed. So far it is fantastic. While everyone else without a heater can't use their pools as the water is a bit to chilly right now - I am in everyday at a comfortable temp. They responded quickly and came out in days. Zip-zip - had a pool heater! It was a terrific experience!

Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My spa heater was fixed the same day. He was nice enough to come back with the repair part while I was at work so the job could get done faster. He also spent time with me to answer several unrelated questions about my equipment and setup. Definitely a top notch business.

Now our pool works much more efficiently and if we have service issues in the future , the technician will be able to easily access and service our equipment. showed up on time, work cost was very reasonable. They were supposed to dispose of my old heater, but they left it next to the dumpster, instead of in it.

It took about 5 minutes for the problem to be diagnosed. Got the parts and was changed out in a few minutes. Works perfectly.
