It’s an ongoing service. I pay monthly and I have 30 days to cancel if I want to. I moved here in June 2009 from another state. There had been a landscaper here and I tested the water for a couple of months with the landscapers and pool people. The landscaper hadn’t truly done the seasonal resident service for 8 years. I found that my needs were different and that’s why I went to Desert Hills, but they have another name. They are under an umbrella of a company. They did the front and backyard at additional charges. I have everything, rattle snakes, scorpions and I’ve gotten rid of a part of that. I have black little spiders too. The desert appears beautiful, but it’s very wild. They are dependable, professional and I love their website. I love the service that they have. I get a human at the other end. Their office is 5 miles from here and I’ve driven to their office. They need to know if I have any call outs so that they know if they have to come every other week. They are really good. I get what I pay for. I used to pay $5 less with the other service provider and it wasn’t satisfactory at all. They’ve done additional work for me. They worked hard and did a beautiful job. My husband is really happy and that tells a lot. I would continue to use them in the future.

THIS COMPANY DID NOT DELIVER WHEN IT SAID IT WOULD, AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY WOULD BE THERE MUCH LATER THAN WE EXPECTED THEM. TO THEIR CREDIT THEY DID DISCOUNT THE PRICE OF THEIR PRODUCT TO MAKE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! I WOULD PURCHASE ROCK FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

HE WAS THE BEST PRICE THAT I FOUND. INSTEAD OF JUST DUMPING EACH LOAD, HE DROVE AROUND WHILE DUMPING IT WHICH HELPED DISTRIBUTE IT, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO SHOVEL AS MUCH TO SPREAD IT.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. VOLUNTEERED TO UNLOAD GRAVEL IN A MANNER WHICH WOULD USE THE LEAST AMOUNT OF GRAVEL TO COVER THE DESIRED AREA. I AM CALLING THEM THIS WEEK FOR ANOTHER LOAD TO USE IN ANOTHER AREA OF OUR YARD.
