Robert was courteous, professional and friendly. We hired him to replace our thermostat. And he went above and beyond! He touched up the paint and sanded the wall by the thermostat. Changed our air filter and cleaned the cover. He was very clean and cleaned up beautifully after the job. We will recommend him to our friends and definitely use him again.

The service request and response time was fast and easy. This company has a no nonsense approach to servicing all HVAC repairs. I was given quotes by multiple different companies who all said that I needed to replace the entire system which would have been (10k-20k). Desert Heroes HVAC came out to address the issue and had my unit running better than it has since I bought the house 3 years prior and Saved me thousands and even reached out to check on their work afterword. I know everyone's experience might be different but I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend if you want honest prices and quotes that don't try to get you to spend extra. I have a fairly old unit so I know eventually I will need to get it replaced but this company was able to get the cold air flowing again so now I have some time to save up and eventually get the full replacement. Also I suggest letting them get the parts for you because I did try to buy the suggested parts to save money but they will always be able to get the parts you need at a better price. 10 out 10 company.

Finding/knowing an HVAC contractor that is competent AND honest can be tricky. Thankfully I already knew Robert Davis from our shared 5 years in the Army Reserve. His troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (on complex communications equipment) were ALWAYS above his peers (and superiors!). Channeling his natural problem-solving skills, along with his upright character, into his chosen trade really (along with 9 years of experience) really provides a reliable choice! There are other reputable HVAC providers out there, but there are also many slick guys and incompetent guys out there pretending they are fair. If you already have someone good, then carry on. If you don't, then please know that Desert Heroes HVAC can be trusted 110% to take care of business!
