+ -1 moreMR WHISENANT, WHO ONLY WORKS PARTTIME, WAS INFORMATIVE, COMPETENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE UNIT WAS FINE AND THAT THE PREVIOUS "PRE-SEASON CHECKS" WE HAD, WERE NOT CORRECT AND SAID TO CALL HIM IF WE SHOULD HAVE A PROBLEM, WHICH WE WILL.
Description of Work: OWNER CHECKED OUR AC UNIT AFTER HAVING HAD OTHERS COME AND CHECK IT, WITH DIRE WARNINGS THAT IT WAS ABOUT TO DIE. WE HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND HAD CONFIDENCE IN THE OWNER, MR WHISENANT. HE CHECKED OUR UNIT AND SAID IT WAS OKAY.
