I was not happy with them because they said they are going to show up and they didn’t. The communication was poor. They were polite over phone, they were never nasty. The bathroom doors were not sealed properly; one can see the lights around. I had to close it using towels. They didn’t even test for molds. I had somebody in the bathroom and they sealed off the door. They were not professional. They didn’t know what they were doing. Their people didn’t show up. I fired them finally.
