Desert Deck Restorations

Wonderful job! Robert gave us a complete and comprehensive evaluation of the work that needed to be done. He did not try to "upsell" us like some of the other companies did (at 3x-4x the price!). Our deck had peeled up in spots and chipped off in others. Robert was on time, professional, thorough and detailed. He power washed the deck, repaired all of the chips, cracks, and damaged areas, and then double-coat painted the entire deck. Our deck hasn't looked this good in years! We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and the price paid. Fantastic! Robert Southerland, the owner, came by, did a thorough inspection, told me what they had to do and what it would cost me. They were priced right. I, also, checked other deck restoration companies, some never showed up, some came by, but never heard back from again (I guess the job was too small). They were on time (which to me is very important), they first pressure washed the deck thoroughly, then painstakingly went around to each groove to patch up any that were cracked and applied primer. The next day Robert went around again to see if all the cracks were gone, caulked some rough spots, painted the deck and then finally sealed it. They really worked hard and did a tremendous job. Their attention to detail was impressive.

Robert was great to work with. He responded quickly, explained the process, brought plenty of color choices and did the work just as he said he would! What I really appreciated was his attention to detail. He cleared gravel and landscaping away from the edge of the deck so that the color could be completely applied below the soil line, then put it all back when the job was done. He also removed our diving board by request, patched the deck underneath and other areas where it was damaged. You would never know a patch was every needed. It blends flawlessly with the rest of the deck. I was blown away by how much better it looked after just a power wash; it looks really fantastic now! I can't believe we did not do this sooner. Very happy and would recommend him without hesitation.
