THE CARPET HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A YEAR AND WHEN IT WAS DONE BEING CLEANED IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. THEY REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME.

I ALWAYS LIKE USING DESERT CHEMDRY BECAUSE MY CARPET ALWAYS LOOKS NEW AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT DRIES WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE INITIAL WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CLEANING, THEY WILL COME BACK TO TRY TO DO IT AGAIN, FREE OF CHARGE. PLUS, THEY ARE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF INITIAL REQUEST.
