They are a bit on the pricey side. The fountain is beautiful and we are very happy with it. However, getting to this point was very stressful. Our fountain took much longer to get to Phoenix from Mexico than first promised by Todd. I don't mind delays and I understand that they happen, but as a company, they need to learn how to communicate these delays to the customer. I called multiple times and/or emailed during the process and my calls and emails were ignored or not responded to. A phone call or email can do wonders to make a customer feel more at ease. I literally had to drive over their location to get any type of answer. I would still use them again in the future, but I think I would have to make my expectations very clear.

THEY WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT OFFERED THE FINEST HAND CUT STONE FOUNTAINS WE HAD SEEN. THEY HAVE A HUGE INVENTORY IN STOCK AND MAKE FREQUENT TRIPS TO MEXICO TO GET MORE. THE FOUNTAIN IS BEAUTIFUL AND WORTH THE PRICE OVER WHAT CAN BE FOUND AT ORDINARY STORES.
