Their customer service was wonderful. They are on the internet. They were the best thing that I ever did. My water from the tap, taste better than out of the bottle. There is a lifetime warranty on it. It is scientific, thorough and they know exactly what they are doing. The plumber that comes and does it, is top-notch. I had some trouble with it in the beginning and they came out the next day and got on it. They are really good and it is expensive. They have one for pools as well. I did my research. It has a 10 year warranty on it. I can unplug it if I move and take it with me. The water here in Arizona will ruin your appliances and you cannot drink it. It makes it so that the calcium dissolves. It takes everything out of it. I got exactly what I paid for. They have one plumber and he knows what he is doing. I may have a problem and they are out the next day.

The mPULSE 3000 was purchased, delivered and installed according to the original estimate. The salesman, Walt Kemmer was a straight shooter. He didn't over-hype the capabilities of the product. After 8 months I would say my expectations were met and in some areas, exceeded. The plumber who did the install was neat, clean, on-time and accommodating. We had an unanticipated issue with a valve that controls the water pressure into the house and the plumber replaced the part at cost. Very nice! We had a minor issue with a couple of faucet filters and he took care of that. This was en excellent experience from begining to end.
What we like the best:
1. No more RO. That was a real pain; everything about it. There was never enough water, it was slooooow and
the filters were expensive and grossly inconvenient to source and replace. RO water never seemed to quench my thirst. We spent, at the minumum, 15 minutes a day dealing with RO limitations.
2. No more slipping and sliding in the shower and tub. That has always been dangerous, particularly for grandma. No
more need to constantly replace those anti-slip strips in the shower.
3. Skin doesn’t itch all the time.
4. You know when you have rinsed sufficiently.
5. The water tastes great from any faucet in the house. That includes the fridge and ice cubes. This is huge, especially considering you don't have to walk all the way across the house to get a drink or fill the water-pic, that sort of thing.
6. We don’t have to listen to the constant racket of a brine tank rinsing. It expelled in the laundry room and was very noisey.
7. The dishes don’t get as spotted. That might have been a little disappointing. I was hoping for no spotting.
8. We don’t have to hustle salt and keep an eye on the tank. That was a pain.
9. I have a lot more room in my garage.
