+ -1 moreBetter than expected. I was given an afternoon appointment that was convenient for me. There were two technicians, both looked professional with their uniforms and had great attitudes. Dealer confirmed the correct glass for my X1 by using my VIN and within an hour the glass was set in place. It came out with no flaws.

I was not able to make it to them and needed it done immediately before leaving and they were able to do this. Awesome job and first class!
