I thought he was a professional, he was unable to do the work as I requested, but still charged me, waste of time and money

"Hi Kathy.. Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback with a review. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our appointment from couple weeks ago. Please understand we tried for about 2 hrs but we had no help from your internet provider at all since they were closed for the weekend. As I told you while there, we needed to reset the modem to get the new router to work but could not locate it as your provider did not make it accessible to us. If this was Cox, Centurylink, Verizon or T-Mobile, we would had your new router setup and running in about 1 hr or less. We apologize that there was a charge, but the technician had to."

This service performed was actually a computer repair but there's no such category here so I'm using the closest I could find. Daniel performed the repair of my Windows 10 computer and the recovery of scanning and printing in my printers. All service was completed in a very professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
