When they delivered the items, the mattress was never covered and therefore was filthy. The mattress pad was destroyed. Most of the pieces of furniture had been damaged to varying degrees. The head guy said they would take care of all the problems. We are still in the middle of dealing with them to get this resolved but their owner is a very difficult person to work with. Furthermore, there were no apologies for the poor work and they have been extremely insulting and combative to this point. Very unprofessional.
