This might be my first review, and unfortunately it's a very negative one. First off. Anyone can paint a house. I could have done it, but the attention to detail is what I lack and the patience. 95% of the paint job is with a sprayer. The 5% of the job is why I hired someone else to do it. That 5% is what I have issues with and unfortunately will be the most memorable for me. March or April 2019 - house gets painted. Upon completion, I text Casey the owner that overall everything looked great, but there were some issues I had. I.E. paint dribbled all through my brand new turf, paint dribbled along the roof, paint dribbled on driveway and walkways, sprayed paint on nearly every edge tile along roof line. Casey was quick to respond. They handled about 40% of the issues. May 2019 - continued to let Casey know there were some issues. Responded but didn't dispatch anyone. April 2020 - was up on my roof and noticed more issues. Casey says how disappointed he was in the crew that painted my house and he would talk to his Project Manager. June 2020 - silence. No word. I text Casey at 11:26. Yes I knew it was late, but I'm pretty ticked at this point and I had it on my mind. YES, I know Covid-19 hit. Yes I know it was late at night. My concerns aren't due to 'a little bit of paint'. It's A LOT of paint, all over. My 13 year old kid could have done a nicer job than his crew, which earlier text messages Casey says "You're making my stomach upset...no more pictures. We will get this fixed." Casey, I WAS happy. I don't like babysitting people I pay to do a PROFESSIONAL job. Point being, the job was hardly professional. You made up for it with tentativeness. Which was quickly lost after job was paid in full. Here's our messages: ME: Sorry it’s late. What happened with your talk with your PM? CASEY: Yes. Kind of an ******* move to text that late. I will ask John about it today. It will get taken are of. In the grand scheme of things going on in the world this is minor ME: Wow. Are you kidding me? What’s an ******* thing to do is blow off a ****** off client this long. In the grand scheme of things, you guys did a **** job and I’ve been pretty silent about it. CASEY: You texted at 11:30 at night and woke up my wife. It was an ******* move We will get it fixed. It’s a little bit of paint on the roof tile. ME: Unbelievable. You know how many referrals I’ve given to you? Believe me, the latter is much more effecting on your business. Stay away from my house. I’ll get a capable and respectful painter. Put your phone on do not disturb. Respond to your clients in less than a year and you won’t get 11:30 texts. *****. CASEY: That’s your call. You’re being a baby about some paint on the roof tile. I told you we would fix it I made a mistake with all the stuff going on in the world. This could’ve waited till normal business hours ******* If you want respect treat people with respect. Unacceptable to call a business owners private cell phone number instead of our office number at 11:30 at night and not expect this. In my opinion this was a private call. Our office number is 623-551-3156 ME: I can understand the frustration about a text message at 11:30. My bad. Sorry it woke your wife. But to call the client an *******? Now a baby? CASEY: And I’m sorry as well. If you want to move past this I can get someone to take care of it or I can send you a check for $100 your call ME: Thanks. But no. Take care. My suggestions: 1 - when a client has an issue, you go out there and make them happy. Or have a PM that does it (because he did not). 2 - don't let issues go on for more than 2-3 weeks. Or 1+ year!!! 3 - don't call your client an ******* or a baby or belittle their frustrations.

These guys are awesome. They work with you to make sure you are happy. The owner has a program to mock up the different color combinations for your specific home, and he is very patient in helping you with the choices. He has on file many of the associations colors so you do not have to do the additional leg work. The workers are excellent as well and they use high quality paint, and did not cheat on the paint. Very nice and professional and would definitely recommend using this company!

The projects went extremely well. From the quoting process, to the service where you can work with them to view your home in new color schemes before the painting process (that was extremely valuable!), to the actual service and team they sent. I couldn't be happier, and would highly recommend Daisy Mountain!

We had several contractors provide quotes for this job. Other than Daisy Mountain Painting the other vendors were all A rated and/or Super Service award winners. We included DMP in the quote process because of they are local (live and work in Anthem) and their excellent reputation. DMP was not the cheapest quote. They were close to $500 more expensive than the low cost quote. We went with them for several reasons: i) they were local and prominent in the community (we felt we could trust them to complete the job with high quality), ii) they offer a unique service that lets you simulate the various color schemes on your house (our HOA has more than 100 schemes and many are very similar), iii) they offered an option for a higher grade, more durable paint and iv) they offered an HOA warranty (they'll repaint any area flagged by HOA as needing repainting for up to 7 years. Warranty has limits, it's not 100% but it's more than $0).
The entire process with DMP was excellent. The color tool was very helpful in seeing the colors and schemes on our home. Scheduling was reasonable -- they were booked ~ 4 weeks out at the time. They started and ended on time (4.5 days of work). They cleaned up at the end of each day. The house looks great. The only part of the job that wasn't 100% perfect is that they left some paint spots on our driveway that I didn't notice until several weeks afterwards. Had I noticed it at the time, I'm sure they would have cleaned it up.

My experience with Daisy Mountain Painting was simply outstanding, from start to finish! Their computer generated imagery was most helpful in the color selection and design process. Their painters did an excellent job; they were polite, punctual, cleaned up after themselves and the paint job looks great! The company owner was highly responsive to our questions and promptly returned phone calls. Overall, Daisy Mountain Painting gets an A+++! We're going to use them to paint the interior of our home, when the need arises.

We had them come out for an estimate and were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the owner both verbally and also based on the estimate and other documents provided to us. They arrived right on schedule and very quickly had our home painted inside and out. It took the crew only two days to do the inside of our home and two days to do the outside. The quality was outstanding as well as the speed with which they completed the work. We never lived with a painting mess, they always cleaned up completely each day. Best of all, there was only a slight pain smell when they were done. We were also extremely pleased with the price.
