We had contacted them to come out for a routine check-up. Within an hour after they did the check, the A/C was running non-stop and not cooling the house. We had them come right out and check, and they stated the unit would be over $4,000.00 to replace.

They were going to do some basic maintenance, but the unit leaked all the Freon. They replaced the values for me and charged me about $300-$400 + the Freon. It worked for a week and it quick. I called them back and they came out and a different technician mentioned that there was a leak and I told him that they fixed that. I told him that I thought they checked all of that before. Then he quoted me another very high price to just patch a coil. Since that time they came out to patch the coil a couple years ago, I have not had any issues since. They were prompt, courteous, and in uniform.

I used them because of recommendation but I was very disappointed with them. They weren’t very knowledgeable. Our neighbors on both sides have used them too. They also keep changing the personnel that are one indication that there is something wrong there. Every time they keep changing personnel I don’t use them very long. I was with them a year when they changed personnel and they weren’t replaced that well. My neighbors have also changed using them. I think because we are elderly people they have taken advantage. I don’t think that they have many people who have used them have much good to say about them. When we come to a new place we won’t know whom to use and we choose the dominant one. They are becoming less dominant because they overcharge. They are on time and they are here when they said they are going to be there but they overcharge. Everybody charges a usual certain price range like electrical companies charges $59 per unit but they are a way out of the charge that is one indication. If anyone asks for tune up charges in this area their rates are very high.

They are excellent.  They are wonderful people.  What stands out about them is that they are nice people and they do what they say they are going to do.  They back up their work.  They didn’t really have to clean up anything because they were just working on the air conditioning, but they are great.  I would use them again in the future.

Upon returning home from vacation we discovered that our a/c unit wouldn't cool.  I called Daisy Mtn due to their high rating on "Angie's List",  They were courteous, prompt and punctual.  The first technician checked the unit for leaks, found none in the system except for the charge valv  es.  He replaced the Schrader valves and replaced the Freon.  The charge for this was $355 plus tax.  In less than a week the a/c quit cooling again.  On Monday morning I called Daisy Mtn again, They were courteous, prompt and punctual.  A different technician came to the house.  He confirmed that the refrigerant had leaked out.  After a brief exam he discovered a hole in a refrigerant line.  He called the shop to find out how to proceed.  He ianformed me that the repair would cost $995 but that they would give me credit for the $355 already spent. I questioned him about  the price to patch a hole.  For that much money I thought they might be replacing the coil.  No, this was to braze up the leak and recharge the system.  I am new to Arizona and a/c systems but this seems a bit high priced to me.

Had routine maintenance and a switch repaired on 2 units.  Very nice and friendly service representative.

The people who answered the phone and came to the house couldn't have been nicer or more informed. The whole experience was great.

The job went very well. They come when they say they are going to come. They have professional people. They stick to their estimate, and they do good work. They call when they are going to come, and they show up at the appointed time.

The work went very well. I had used them before and I really liked the technician that had done the work. I did make some calls around to see if there was anybody else and then decided to use the same company. They are not the least expensive. I was not upset about it but it was not what I was hoping for. I could definitely find stuff a lot cheaper online but at the same time they did show me the difference. They showed me the gauge of the steel that was used in the unit that they pulled out and the difference in quality when compared to the replacement unit. So I didn?t mind paying more - I felt like I got a better product. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It was my first time using Daisy Mountain and they were top notch from the initial phone call until the job was completed. The technician was most professional and very instructional about the specific work to be done and explained each step along the way. He kept me updated on anything that was out of the ordinary as well as being courteous in explaining why he had to take a cell phone call. He uncovered a couple of problems and quietly took care of them. I felt that if there had been a bigger problem, he would have been able to fix it. Daisy Mountain is the air conditioning service I will call in the future. I previously had a very bad experience with a local air conditioning company and am pleased now to have a professional and responsive company to take care of this important service.

THE COMPANY WAS CONTACTED TO FIX A BROKEN PIPE IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF A HOME. THE COMPANY CAME AND COMPLETED THE JOB AS EXPECTED. THE COMPANY CHARGED A $65 DIAGNOSIS FEE. BUT THERE WAS SOME TRASH WAS LEFT AT THE WORKSITE.
