The visit went very well. My car was taken immediately, with a 1 hour time estimate. It was completed in in 30 minutes. The requested work was done, and recommendations were made for future visits. All interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. No pressure to get extra work done.

Amazing. Curt's is now my "go-to" for all car issues. Nobody comes close to the customer service they provide. It's a rarity in today's world, it really is.

We had some heavy shocks put on our Ford Explorer. It went really well. They got me in right away. The price was reasonable. They kept me informed the whole entire time. They also had really good suggestions. Later on, they sent me a really nice follow up card thanking me.

They repaired all those problems in one day. They also went through a checklist of other things, and found everything else to be ok. When I drove off in my car, I couldn't believe how smooth and quiet it was, like night and day. It"s been a few weeks, and it's still running great. Everyone at Curt's was friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service, and they didn't try to sell us unnecessary parts or services either.

Very good. They identified other issues (it's a high mile vehicle) but we're clear on what needed to be done today and what could wait or could be done by me. They worked up estimates on the other repairs and finished the work on time and as quoted.

they found are brakes were fine and were ale to find the problem with ac unit door it works great so happy .again they took care of all are concerns they do great work
