CSI Home Inspections

I am a Real Estate agent and work on a team with 3 other agents. Our clients have used CSI Home Inspections numerous times. They are always on time, communicative, and explain every detail to our clients in an easy to understand way. They take the time to help and ensure their work is correct. The inspection report is always emailed out withing a 24 hour period which gives our clients plenty of time to review it. Doug at CSI Home Inspection has always made our clients feel comfortable with using him and allowing them to feel like if they ever have any questions in the future to always feel free in contacting him at anytime.

I was very pleased with Doug's inspection. He was extremely informative and very helpful. This was my first home and I was very nervous but Doug walked me hrough everything. His report was easy to read and Doug had separated the little things from the big things. One of the best things about Doug is he gives you his number and is always there for questions. It has been a couple year and if I call he still answers my questions when I call to ask him about things around my home.

Doug Zumach is senior inspector with years of experience and knowledge that goes beyond a normal inspection. If you ask him a question he either gives you the answer or will get you the answer. He is great especially for a person who vacations in Arizona and needs alittle guidance and reassurance.

Doug Zumach and Jeremiah Winn were focused and detailed in their inspection. While professional, they were also friendly and humorous which helped ease my nerves. They took time to walk me through the house making sure I understood what all of the issues were. They also showed me where all of my shut offs for the house were such as water and power.

When I received the report a few hours later it was detailed yet easy to read and understand making it easy for my Realtor and myself to fill out our request for repairs.
Doug also gave me his business card with his direct cell number and told me to call him directly at anytime in the future if I had any questions about my house. That's peace of mind that I didn't expect to get.
