Great, like new. Showed all parts, Alot! As the entire system was in such bad shape it wouldn't shift any more.
Also as from past experience to share and as to why I only use Crutcher:

Back in July both my Miata and Grand AM needed desperate attention due to my negligence and procrastination. This shop brought both vehicles to their current mileage maintenance and never proceeded any work without a thorough explanation, both major and minor. All work guaranteed for 1 year or 12K m. They also give towing free if work they do causes the problem. For you veteran's out there, all are veterans at Crutcher and give 10% off on all work done. Their location is ideal and they offer great pricing for rental cars at Enterprise, just near by on Cave Creek Rd.Ask for Javier, you won't regret this choice!Joe S.Phoenix, AZ

Crutcher has always provided the very best service. I adore Gaylord, who became my mechanic around 1998 and has been the best mechanic I've ever had in my adult life. I have referred many people there, because Javier (owner) provides phenomenal customer service with a great attitude, and the mechanics provide reliable, speedy service. I have never had a problem with turnaround time, pricing, or part availability. I cannot say enough good things about Crutcher.

It went very well. I took the car in for its 90K mile service and replacement of the passenger side window regulator. I scheduled an appointment on fairly short notice, dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon.

Crutcher Automotive is far from my home and there are probably a lot of other good automotive service centers closer to Gilbert, however this shop has earned my trust, so I would return if I have any other problems with my vehicle. They are helpful, experienced and professional. I did not have my car for 2 days, however, Javier, the owner, got approval from Monroe to cover my defective struts (that I purchased about 6 months earlier in TX) under warranty, so I did not have to struggle with that chore. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend the shop to anyone who needs their auto reapired.
