They brought in an expert to fix a accidentally damaged split system line. Removed my old unused brick chimney and an unused furnace chimney. They did a very neat job re-tiling the roof in 2 days. A very fast, neat and clean job.

Creative Roofing won my support because they were willing to wait for payment until I sold the rental. Turns out we got the insurance company to pay for the hail struck roof and Creative Roofing was able to cash the checks even though they were made payable to "the Estate of XYZ." I'm going to have them replace the layment under my tile roof. Very responsive company. Nice people with which to do business.

They responded quickly, and were able to come look at and send a certification letter out the same day.

Emergency tarping of a shed. I asked for an estimate. Never received estimate. Was billed $450.00 for a $40 Home Depot tarp and a handful of screws. They put tarp on so tight it started to rip at screws with a few days and cracked roof edges at screw holes because it pulled it so tight. There were men from the company involved, kept getting passed back and forth. When mike told me they would come up with a lower price he called back a month later asking for the full price, even though my insurance didnt like the price. When I would email Mike or leave message it could take 2-3 days to respond. I would never deal with again. This emergency job could have lead to them doing a roofing job on our home, but at their over inflated prices and poor customer service no way!

Curtis was at my home the same day to evaluate my leaking roof. He was very knowlegeable, friendly, and polite. Explained in detail was the issue was. Would definitely work with this company again. Thanks Curtis! Your awesome!!!

Curtis was great. He came over, inspected the problem, and explained the solution. What I liked was how he explained it. No "gloom and doom" explanation to make me feel compelled to spend lots of money ASAP for lots of (unneeded) repairs. And, I know he did a lot more than what he quoted��� and at no extra charge. He never mentioned or hinted that he may have under quoted it. In short, great bedside manners, great work ethic. I would hire him again without any hestitation.
