I can't say enough good things about this business. Extremely professional and responsive every step of the way. From the owner, to the office workers and the painters. Exceeded our expectations in every respect. Their communication is stellar, workers do fantastic work and keep the area very clean and organized every day. We're thrilled with them.

Crash of Rhinos did not disappoint! Just finished my home last week and I couldn't be happier. The crew (Juan, Ivan, Christian & Zach) were pleasant, efficient, reliable & professional. The communication between from the painters and office was excellent. The house looks fantastic and they more than cleaned up after themselves. The cost is a little higher than other companies, but well worth it. And the warranty is outstanding

Rhinoâ s presentation, contract, communication, timeliness, prep work and pricing were all very good. The final work product was acceptable. There were some minor irritations during the job such as trampled landscape, painters standing on my A/C unit instead of using a ladder, leaving a heavy tarp covering my A/C unit for over 3 hours (in July), leaving beer cans in my yard, and a painter urinating in my neighborâ s yard (hope she didnâ t see itâ ¦) I advised management about the issues, but they apparently didnâ t feel the need to reply which seemed incongruent with their communication practices. I guess we all understand these are just the type of unprofessional things you have to tolerate in the business world today even when you spend thousands of dollars.

The Company excels in the professionalism of both the office staff and the crew, especially with regard to communication. The crew was meticulous with prep. Our home has 4 color schemes that requires finesse. We could not be happier with the results and the excellent warranty. We would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Crash of Rhinos actually had a spot open up a month before our scheduled date- so we were happy to take it! My mother in law (who lived with us) got sick so the crew had no problem delaying painting for a day. When my MIL passed away unexpectedly...we received a sympathy card from Crash of Rhinos as well. The speed/professionalism/courtesy of their workers is great... and we have no complaints! I will not hesitate to call them for any future projects...And I have referred two others to them for for painting as well.

Crash of Rhinos did a phenomenal job. I was nervous about having the house painted, especially about the two-tone aspect. Customer service and the completed job were top notch.

Let me begin by apologizing for the tardiness of this review. Several months ago we had Mike from A Crash Of Rhinos painting come out to give us estimates on painting our house. We solicited 5 estimates total. Mike’s estimate was not the cheapest or the most expensive. On his initial visit Mike spent nearly one hour of thorough information gathering, documentation and question answering. He was the only one to spend that much time and I felt like he really cared about the job his company could, and would, do. He was very professional, informative and courteous. After we selected his company to do the job he came out a second time to answer additional questions and concerns. His crew prepped and painted our house over a 3 day period and they were some of the nicest guys we’ve had doing work on our home. There were a few glitches along the way, which should be expected on any large job, and a few issues came up after the job was completed but nothing of major importance. A quick phone call / e-mail and the crew were back out to our house and took care of the issues we had in a timely and professional manner. This company stands behind the job they do. I feel confidant if anything comes up with regards to our paint job they will take care of it. I don’t know if there is a better painting company out there, but considering the paint job we received, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find out. If you want a first class paint job at an affordable price don’t hesitate to contact ‘Rhinos’. I know they will be tops on my list for future painting projects. Outstanding work. Having never hired a professional painting company before, I really vetted the competition. This company impressed with the professionalism from the start to the finish. The weekly email reminders, the assistance in picking out colors, and the pre- and post- walk throughs were all part of the entire package demonstrating knowledge and caring. The final product was beyond my expectations.

My husband is extremely pleased with the quality of work performed as well as I am. We were kept informed and able to express our opinion as to what was being painted. We have received many complements on how the house looks. Thank you for the referral.

There are painters and then there are painters. The team at Crash of Rhinos Painting, including the owners - Mike and Kim Ricker - are absolutely wonderful. Their commitment to detail and overall service was just perfect. It took them 3 1/2 days to complete the stucco repairs, caulking, painting, repainting, etc. until they were satisfied. The key here is "until they were satisfied". Very few businesses will test themselves to that degree and it was a truly great experience to see the pride in the workers. The work was completed on August 20 and each day had been at 110 degrees plus - not an easy time for taking the time to do everything right. I had interviewed three other painting firms in the area and none could come close, to the commitment made by Mike and Kim. Kim also advised a couple of trim treatments to make the new colors balance better on the house which we would not have thought of. Every morning I would spend a few minutes with the senior painter and have a list of things I had noticed the night before or earlier that morning that I thought needed additional touch-up. To my surprise, each day he would literally be pointing out the areas before I told him and let me know the additional things they would be doing to complete that given area. This is a long review, but just again to say it was a great experience -- and, lastly, cost was absolutely at market rate or maybe just a little less!

Owners Mike & Kim Ricker and their talented and excellent team were a pleasure to work with, in every way. Mike's original presentation was enthusiastic and thorough. Once we agreed on terms, he accurately relayed our wishes to his crew; so there was good internal communication. We were always kept in the loop and the crew chief ran a very organized and tight job site. Kim, functioned as their "color advisor" and was most prepared, pleasant and patient in helping us decide on a good color scheme. The crew chief paid great attention to the tiniest detail and his crew were most hard-working, even in the most demanding climatic conditions. Crash of Rhinos is an excellent company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their home exterior painted. Our home looks beautiful thanks to Rhino!

5 Stars, Fantastic !! Mike the owner & to all the hard working guys are very professional up front and no gimmicks. The estimate phase, the contract phase were identical with no hidden items during the job. They Presented their Insurance paperwork, along with workman's comp was given to me at meeting and within the quote. The weekly communication leading up to job date was perfect for me. The exterior job was done in 4 days!! The work is flawless, very professional & courteous people. When they left it was like they were never here. The job warranty is great, the cost quoted was the best of 3 I checked, plus they used the Dunn & Edwards paints which is top notch & what I wanted!! So the funny name is all good here & the crash of rhinos team deserves a big thank you for a very pleasant experience and a job well done on all phases. A+A+A+A++A+

I hired Crash of Rhinos, LLC to paint the exterior of my home. The crew which did the job was very professional in their approach to the task. The onsite foreman issued very few instructions because each member of the crew knew exactly what he had to do and did it. If the foreman had a question or wanted my input, he didn't hesitate to ask. The attention to detail was outstanding. I can't say enough about this company, and would definitely hire them again should the need arise.

Mike & Kim Ricker were excellent to work with. Very Professional, thorough & really followed through on commitments. Great presentation of work package, options & services. We utilized their HOA coordination services and got our HOA approval in record time. Preparation, painting & cleanup done in 3 days for a 2900 sq. foot home. 9/4/2014 Crash of Rhinos Painting is an outstanding company. Mike Rickert is honest, friendly and professional. Kim Rickert was very helpful in assisting us to choose the right color for the exterior of our home. She came out with several paint samples and was so patient while we mulled over the choices, eventually coming up with the right one. The crew- Lalo, J.J., Juan and Fernando- did an excellent job and completed the project in a timely manner. They were consistently courteous, skillful and friendly. Meticulous attention was paid to every detail along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend

The advisor service with Kim to help pick out colors and get the HOA approval was the best and completely worth it. The overall process was so easy and our house looks amazing!!! Have already recommended them to our neighbors.

Fantastic! They were very professional to deal with from beginning to end, prompt to the job, worked hard, and cleaned up afterward. They painted the exterior of our house and also re-furbished our side gate. The house looks great and we could not be more pleased with the whole experience. The work looks great, they kept to their proposed schedule and Kim was a great help in assisting with color selection. She sets it up so you can see it before you choose it.
