They are just a typical cable company, it is hard to get excited about them. They are punctual. I would continue using them because we don't have a choice to get what we want. They are fine. If you want to have all the channels, they are probably the easiest option to get what you want.

It is inconsistent. When it works, its great but when it doesn't, its frustrating. And it happens more often than I think it should. They need to focus on upgrading their infrastructure. When I call them and they have to send somebody out, it takes a long time to get somebody to come. They always try to correct the problem remotely first. When they make an appointment, they are pretty good about being on that schedule.
