I have dogs and grandkids, and they keep my carpets looking like new.

This is the second time we've used Coughlin Chem-Dry to clean carpets throughout our home. The first time was right before we moved in two years ago; the second time was 8/19/2011. This is a small family-owned and operated business.
I needed to have our carpets cleaned on fairly short notice and Becky Coughlin was very accommodating to our request for service. Since we did all of the furniture moving ourselves and had about 200 square feet of carpet that didn't need cleaning, the price was significantly less than what we paid two years ago and I thought it was very reasonable. We asked for them to clean several small area rugs and door mats and they did that as well. Our appointment was for 9 a.m. and they arrived a few minutes early. Both of the Coughlins are very affable and my husband and I enjoyed chatting with them while they worked.
The carpet looks great, even the spots that required extra attention because of pet stains. I would definitely use Coughlin Chem-Dry again.
