This company has no integrity and kills trees. Don't hire them! The crew killed a mature tree in my yard. Even though I had proactively made the company aware of the over pruning of the whole yard on two consecutive services, when one of my trees finally died from the butchering of the yard the manager and owner, Chris, would not take accountability for the issue. He said he'd only discuss the issue with me if a certified arborist inspected the tree. After an independent, certified arborist confirmed that severe overpruning in the summer months killed the tree, Chris still wouldn't replace the tree. He said I had to pay for them to cut it down, and he'd give a small sapling in replacement of a fully mature tree. So I took the company to court and won the case. Chris still wouldn't follow through on the court orders though. This isn't just a case of bad service; it is a real warning to everyone who contracts this company that the owners lack integrity to such an extent they don't even comply with Maricopa county court orders when they have done something wrong. Beware everyone.

We have been using Cornerstone for over a year (Since 09/2014) and have been very happy with their work.
They complete all items they promise to complete on the weeks they promise to be there(which is an issue we had with past providers).
My only criticism is that the monthly price does not include weed pre-emergent and/or over-seeding of our small grassy area. I would rather pay a slightly increased cost monthly to have these things covered. Currently, Cornerstone quotes me $150 for pre-emergent at two times per year and $200 for over-seeding in the fall. With that being said, we have a rather large yard to cover with pre-emergent... so the $150 per application is a pretty decent price, in my opinion. We do not use their over-seeding services as it is rather pricey for our small grassy area.
I appreciate their services and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone Landscaping to those in their service area.

Used to be great! They have gone down hill. Called to ask them to make sure to push the rocks to their right place. Lady that took the call was rude! Acted in disbelieve that I would ask them to do what I am paying them to do. Two hours later they emailed me saying they will no longer be providing service. The owner Chris is an arrogant p**** seems to forget the customers needs comes before that of what he thinks is right.
When calling to confront Corner Stone, the receptionist was again incredibly rude laughing at my frustration with come company and would not allow me to a word out else wise.
Stay away from this company.

Everything was done on schedule and on budget per their estimate. The irrigation was done on one day and the rock was done on another day per my convenience. Chris will always work with you to minimize inconvenience to you.
I have Cornerstone do yard cleanup once per month. I have used them for several years. I have also employed them for tree removal in the past. I find them to be honest and their prices very reasonable. Chris Daugherty will go to any lengths to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. He and his help are always professional and courteous.

The owner provided us with a prompt and reasonable cost estimate, the office manager is helpful and efficient, and the landscape crew perform the on-site work in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company for your landscape needs.

We were looking for someone we could communicate with long distance and take care of our home with renters. We have always done our own yard with once yearly trimmings. I am so relieved I don't have to tend to 1/2 acre anymore and the yard looks fabulous. Everyone that comes by our house comments on how nice it looks. Chris is very nice and easy to work with and the employees are always friendly and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my yard in good hands when we move out of state. We have invested a lot into our yard so we needed someone very reliable to take care of it. We are very pleased with their services. Chris is very professional and I can always reach him by email. They came and walked the property the first time and took note of any issues that may need to be fixed in the future.

The experience was good. I have been using them for a while and they do a good job. They come on the last Friday of each month. I know the guy who owns the company, and that was one of the reasons that I picked them. He hires good people, and they do a good job, and if I want anything special done, they do that too.
