Our experience with Coops Audio was top notch from start to finish. The owner, Jeff, first came to our house and assessed our needs. He followed up with giving us multiple options to fit our budget and took the time to explain and answer our questions. On installation day, he and his associate arrived on time and completed our project in one day as promised. They were professional, helpful and friendly. I was sort of dreading the end of the day when I had to learn all the new electronics controls, but it turned out our new system is incredibly easy to use. Jeff followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions, but our only response was how much we love the new system. We would recommend Jeff and his team without reservation.
