I don't have any dislikes. I like the way the services were made. When they come out, they got out of their way to take care of it.

I routinely use Cooper to check my unit twice a year.  They do a thorough job and make suggestions when applicable.
Response is amazing.  By purchasing their maintenance plan which includes two complimentary inspections a year I am assured an immediate response for any problem that occurs.  Recently, a capacitor on my A/C burned out on a Sunday morning with the expected high for the day of 100+ degrees.  Cooper was at my house by 6pm and had repairs done within the hour.  In addition, they took care of submitting my warranty claim and delivering my check.

It went well. His office calls and tells us it is time to service the unit and we make he appointment.
The morning of the appointment the office calls and reminds us we have the appointment and then
she calls and tells us Kendall is on his way.
He always does a thorough job and we are very satisfied with his service.

arrived in agreed upon time, did work.  Could not tell anyone had been here when job was completed.

My air conditioning was running none stop and not cooling my house.  I called them up and asked them to come and looking at it on a day I was at work.  They came out the next day in the afternoon and fix my air conditioning.  They didn't even charge me for fixing it!  They said they had a spare part in their truck and were able to get my unit up and running that afternoon.  I was very please with the service I received from Cooper Climate Control! Thank you.

Friday rolled around, and at 7am on the dot, the doorbell rang. Reuben from Cooper Climate Control was there, right on time. He was also extremely professional (as was the entire crew), and extremely personable. He verbally laid out what they would be doing, and he and his team got started. The team worked extremely well together, and cleaned up as they worked. Kendall had previously estimated the job could take upwards of 6-8 hours, but we were up, tested, and ready to go within 5. He arrived about 2 hours after his team got started to continue to set the expectation, and ensure all was going well.
From the start of the quote with Cooper Climate Control, to the end of the job, it could not have gone any better. They exceeded expectations in every way. My experience with Cooper Climate alone made me feel good about signing up for Angie's List, as this is where I found them. I am glad we found this gem of a company, who we will be working with for many years to come to service out HVAC needs.
Kendall also stayed after the job was complete to make sure the system was good, as well as fill out his part of the paperwork for the APS rebate we qualified for.

They were within the time window.  They were efficient, made a couple of recommendations for improving efficiency (which do involve additional service calls, but there you go!) 

The proof of a vendor's value is when something goes wrong, so it's tough at this point to know if they will be there when we need them, and warranty the work that they do.

Excellent! I called the company for a quote and within the hour Mr. Cooper gave me a  call. He then immediately visited my home and assessed the situation. He then emailed me quotes that would best fit my home; he also quoted me for units that i was interested in. He followed several times and was always polite and courteous. We decided to go with Cooper Climate Control because his quote was the best out of 4 other we received. After we made our decision, Mr. Cooper moved right away to get us our new AC unit in place. He came to our home and explained the process, what equipment would be installed, and answered all of our concerns. He then let us know that his crew would be at our home the next day early in the AM. And that held true...his crew was at my house  at 7 am and ready to get to work. All of them very professional and very respectful. Installation only took about 6-8 hrs. So we where up and running with our new AC immediately. I am very happy with Cooper Climate Control services.

I recently needed to replace an aging MasterCool II on my house and contacted Cooper Climate Control after some research on the Internet. Kendall responded to my emailed quote request the next day, did an outstanding job selecting the proper cooler for my house, and his crew were able to complete the install within 1 day of me signing the contract. The new MasterCool Contractos's series unit is AWESOME and works like a champ. I would highly recommend Cooper Climate Control to anyone who is looking to install or replace their cooler.

Service tech arrived at arranged time. He did work in a timely manner. When he left, you could not even tell he was there, no mess at all.
