Steve showed up right on time to see my home and discuss my painting ideas. I then faxed him a detailed "Paint Worksheet" to show the color name and type of paint (egg-shell, semi gloss, etc.) I wanted in each room. I also noted if I wanted the trim, doors and ceiling painted. I'm an interior designer, so it was easy for me to specify all the details on a worksheet. A typical homeowner would probably just give him a more simplifed list. He quickly got back to me with a bid and we schedule the job the next week. Everyday he showed up right at 7:30 AM and directed his assistants and got right to work. The job was completed in 5.5 days. Steve has been a painter for 30+ years. He knows how to solve tough problems like my peeling paint from damp concrete. He also had a quick gel stain solution for the scratches on our wood door. He did lots of extra helpful things that he didn't charge for. He came back on the final day and finished up all small details, so that we were completely satisfied.
