DOUG FLOWERS, OWNER, PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PERFORMED THE WORK AGREED UPON IN A VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD ALL THE WORK BEING DONE AND THE MATERIALS BEING USED. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER THE LOAD CONTROLLER'S SETTINGS TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE WHAT I WANTED.
