He's very honest. She was very knowledgeable and reliable. I used them already for three times and I always go back to them because they are reliable. He sends work but regardless, he's great.

He told me it would cost more to clean the printer than to buy a new printer. After he left, the next time I used the printer, a notice came up on my screen saying the printer needed to be cleaned. After I took advantage of the Angie's List Big Deal, I didn't expect him to charge me more for an extra ten minutes and he did. He didn't even end up cleaning the printer correctly.
