He was very attentive to detail and explained everything nicely. We went over everything and got a throughout report of all the flaws visible in the house. Itâ s our first time buying so it was reassuring to have a very thorough inspection.

Coffey Inspections was great. They were very informative and even found issues for my New Home 1 year inspection that I was unaware of. They were very professional and thorough. They explained the inconsistencies in the build quality in detail and had a vast knowledge of building code and aspects of construction requirements. They even provided me a detailed report of their findings in a timely manner. Very cost effective and affordable for the services they provide. Highly recommend Coffey Inspections Inc.
