Our new puppy chewed a favorite pair of boots. I took them in to see if they could be salvaged. The puppy chewed the heel, and damaged the zipper on one boot. After a week, they called to say that it would cost over $100 to replace the heels and one zipper. After some discussion, we decided that they would replace the heels and I would try to work around the damaged zipper. When I picked up the boots, he had tried to rezip the damaged zipper and pulled it completely off the track. At this point, he offered to replace the zipper for only the cost of labor. The next week he called to say that he could do that, but the new zipper would not match the other zipper exactly. In fact, he pulled out the damaged zipper and sewed it back in. When I put the boot on, the zipper immediately pulled apart. I paid $80 for new heels on boots with a broken zipper.

THIS IS A TOP NOTCH SHOE REPAIR STORE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAVE A GOOD INVENTORY OF SHOE SUPPLIES AND ARE HELPFUL IN GIVING RECOMMENDATIONS ON SHOE BRANDS FOR DIFFERENT USES.

THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT NEW SOLES ON TWO PAIRS OF DR. SCHOLLS SANDALS THAT WERE CUSTOM MADE FOR ME WITH CRYSTALS ON THEM. THE JOB WAS DONE SO NICELY, THEY DID NOT LOSE A SINGLE STONE.

WORKING WITH TAP SHOES APPEARED TO BE NEW TO THEM. THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND CORRECT ANY MISTAKES THAT WERE MADE. THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. I'VE RETURNED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THEM TO WORK ON OUR NEW TAP SHOES.

VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT AND HOW THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE THE SHOES LOOK LIKE NEW. THEY DID THE WORK IN SEVERAL DAYS, NOT WEEKS, AND DID MAKE THE SHOES LOOK LIKE NEW. THEY ALSO, OFFERED ADVICE ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THEM PROPERLY, TO MAKE THE REPAIRS LAST LONGER.
