THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THE PROCESS OF EVALUATING OUR HOME. HE WAS VERY PRECISE AT MEASURING EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE WE WERE APPRAISED AT TOP VALUE. WE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE APPRAISAL SUBMITTED AND FELT THE VALUE HE GAVE US WAS FAIR FOR THE AREA.
