They are absolutely wonderful. They came the day I called them. I told them that they could repair it whenever, because I don't use the heat. When they replaced my heat pump, they got my business. I am a landlord.

Very well. The problem was diagnosed within an hour and the repaired one hour later.

They were very professional and completed the job on time. They did an excellent job.

They went beyond the call of duty. They came out on a Saturday late at night. They came back early the next morning with a fan and installed it. They are delightful people.

I ve used this company now for many years they have always done a great job, I ve never had any complaints about them. I always recommend them to other people and everybody so far is quite happy with them. They re great guys.

I have used Colt Heating and A/C and think they do quality work. I have never had any problems with them. If they have to reschedule, they call the day before so your not sitting around waiting for them. They are timely and punctual. They are very responsive. I would recommend them. I don't recall what I paid this last time, but it was fair and competitive.

I am very pleased with everyone involved with this company. Randy, the owner, came out to do the estimate. He explained everything very thoroughly to me. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The next day, the crew arrived right on time to do the work. Don and Luis, the two who carried out the work, were very nice, professional, and hard-working. They worked straight through for five hours, and I never even saw them take a break. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, because more ductwork had to be replaced than we originally expected. They gave me a $150 discount on the total charges, because they didn't like going over their estimate. I felt that Randy, Don, and Luis were all experts in their field who took a lot of personal pride in their work and in their company. They told me to call them immediately if there were any problems or if I had any questions about how the cooler was working. I recommend them highly!

I attempted to repair the unit myself and was told that my problem may be the capacitor. I found out quickly that know one will sell you parts unless you are a contractor. I stopped at a supply house and took a shot at purchasing one. A tech from Colt (Don) was behind me and took me to his truck and tested my Cap. I was not bad. He told me to look at a few things that might cause the problem. I did, but could not fix. I called Colt they came out and repaired unit. Nice people and good work, will use again.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! RANDY (OWNER) WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY FOLLOWED UP AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD IN WORKING WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO REPLACE A WARRANTED PART. HELD TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK. I NOW WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR HEAT/AC WORK.

GOT BACK TO ME QUICKLY. THE PART TOOK A DAY EXTRA TO OBTAIN, BUT SUPPLY STORES WERE CLOSED ON WEEKEND. WAS HERE PROMPTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND GOT MY UNIT WORKING AGAIN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.
