Sent a crew of 2 fantastic women to our house to do the cleaning, we had closed the day before. First of all, the ladies were incredible!! They were super!! Office staff also wonderful!

I have had a few issues from Clear Choice. The last experience is as follows: I called to cancel a month worth of cleaning, since I was going out of the country. I set my alarm. Unfortunately, the company sent someone to my home, leading to the alarm going off, the police coming out, etc. Upon calling them, rather then apologize and look into the matter further, they denied that I called to cancel. Another time, I noticed that the gas stove was on after they cleaned. They cleaned in the morning, I came home from work in the evening. The stove was on all day. Luckily, there was no fire, etc. After calling, they apologized though did not offer any other investigation, also did not offer any incentive given the severity of the incident.

OVERALL, THEY DO A GOOD JOB. I NEED TO LEAVE NOTES AND REMIND THEM OF CERTAIN THINGS. OFFICE STAFF IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY CAN ACCOMMODATE SCHEDULE CHANGES.
