They were 30 minutes late and no one called to advise they were running behind. "I" had to make the initiaive. I had requested a "Deep Cleaning" service, and received FAR from that. The house was empty and relatively clean to the naked eye; however, required more thourough cleaning of ovens, showers, window seals, binds, ceiling fans etc.... First, they asked if I we had a ladder tall enough to reach the ceiling fans (10ft ceilings - not uncommon) they would have to stand on their tippy toes on their ladder and their dusting wand had previoulsy broke. Window blinds were only wiped in the center, leaving dust on both sides. Oven was cleaned inside, but inbetween face of the first and second it was still dirty. Master shower still felt a little dirty/slimey with hair found in the corners of the shower. Inside cabinets were partially wiped out. I had requested just a light vaccumm, but not sure if that was even done. Nothing worse than having to re-clean after you hired cleaners. If what I requested was a "Deep Cleaning", I would be afraid to see what their average cleaning was like. The fumes from their cleaning products require two masks!

"This is PERFECT example of how you cannot make everyone happy! We require the customer to do a final walk through BEFORE payment is due. Customer checked everything and approved our work then paid us and sent us on our way. We are a cleaning company not a remodeling company."

Although the day of the cleaning we learned the schedulers had us down for the following week, the team was prompt and quickly rearranged a last-minute crew to come over at the end of the day to complete the work in a short amount of time. I was very impressed with the detailed cleaning in the kitchen (cleaned the wall behind the stove, emptied the drawers, and disinfected everything). I totally understand when things happen and schedules get a little mixed up, but Clean Geeks Cleaning Services was on top of getting someone soon and was kind enough to give us a discount for the troubles.

I was happy the could give me same day service and understanding that they were late due to short notice. Pretty pricey for only bathrooms and floors washed. Had to ask them to at least wipe the kitchen down before they left. I explained I wanted the house sanitized & would like service possibly every 3 weeks if it went well.

I think they had trouble finding me, but the manager called to say they would be late, so that was acceptable. My house had not been professionly cleaned in a long time. They did a good job and I will hire them again.
