Marble and Granite Service
They sold their service as a complete service to install the countertops and do the plumbing for the new sink. The plumber made an error, which resulted in a slow leak and damage our new wooden floors. When I discussed with them who would be responsible for the damages, both Classic Granite and the plumber pointed to the other party. I made numerous attempts to talk to the manager, but he never returned my call. The staff at Classic Granite was extremely rude and hostile and refused to deal with the problem. They were very quick to put a lien on my property, but were unwilling to discuss or resolve the damages in a civilized manner. The issue was finally resolved with the help of the Registrar of Contractors and my file is available to the public. Do not use this company!
