CLARK HOME REPAIR

Joseph Clark, the owner and main employee, was punctual. That is the good part of this report. However, when he finished I checked the futon and noticed that while one side was fixed, the other was still loose. He then fixed the other side. It only took a few extra minutes, but I would have been disappointed in his work, if I hadn't noticed this before he left. He also charged me for his trip to Home Depot, which I know is standard but it seemed like it took a longer time, than if I had gone at $65/hour, this adds up and the trip took longer than the repair. I was also disappointed, that he did not clean up after working and left some new scratches on the futon, when he flipped it over.

JOEL WAS ON TIME, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE. HE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT, VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HE WAS THROUGH. HE DID EXTRA WORK, INCLUDING THE SWITCH WE DID NOT KNOW WE NEEDED. WHEN HE EXPLAINED IT TO US, WE WERE GRATEFUL HE TOLD US. WE FELT HIS PRICE WAS VERY FAIR, ESPECIALLY SINCE ONE OF THE PARTIES WE CALLED WANTED $70 AN HOUR! WE PLAN ON HAVING JOEL BACK AGAIN.

HAVE USED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. VERY COST EFFECTIVE. IS ABLE TO DO MOST 'FIX IT' TYPE OF JOBS AT VERY LOW PRICES. NOT ALWAYS THE NEATEST WORKER, HOWEVER.
