Great. In my experience, this shop takes the time to find out what the problems are and only repairs those items. They also found a problem with a leaking radiator that I wasn't aware of and quoted me on that--all of the their information was presented with absolutely no pressure to make the repair. All of the repairs were done quickly and expediently.
It's a basic shop, so make sure you arrange for your own ride to/from work.

Their prices are competitive. The work is always excellent and they always take their time.

Chuck, Mike, and Paul are the best-kept secrets in Phoenix automotive care. They do about everything but body work, and they do it well. The best thing about Chuck, Mike, and Paul is that when your car really doesn't need to have anything done to it, they will tell you so. More than once, they have looked at some problem I feared was serious and said it did not need a major repair. This stands in stark contrast with treatment I have encountered at dealerships and even at other independent garages. Occasionally they have done minor fixes for free or revealed that certain repairs could be put off until I had the money to pay for it, rather than having to run up a charge on a credit card. Honest and reliable car mechanics: mighty rare birds!
