He was very conscientious. He was very prompt in returning the phone call to schedule the appointment. He showed up on time. It went well.

Initial call was returned promptly and appointment was set. Owner arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They use steam extraction method and the carpet came out perfectly even with heavy soil in the traffic areas.

I had a kitchen pipe bust and water was everywhere. They came out the same afternoon, to take up the extra water, and clean the carpet. They did a wonderful job and gave me a fair price. I'm glad that there are still companies that can be there when you are in a pinch.

They came out and did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. I was embarrassed at how badly they looked and wasn't expecting every stain to come out that's how bad it was. I just wanted it to look passable. They cleaned the carpets while I was at work and when I got home, I was stunned.
