Chill Factor is great. After waking up in a hot house with a rambunctious toddler, I called them on a Monday morning at 9 am and they were there to fix my ac at noon. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it all while I was feeding my little girl. They were so quick and friendly. I will always use them!

I have used Chill Factor for a number of years for all my AC needs.  I have nothing but the highest praise for them.  On one occasion we were not available to meet them at home so they performed the work and left us a bill to pay, as John said " when you are ready".  I would trust them with everything I own.  We are preparing to install a new evaporative cooler and they will get the job period.
