I would rate them “A’s” on everything, because the guy that I deal with is a really straight shooter and he is related to somebody that I used to work with. He is very honest! The prices were really reasonable.

I take my car for servicing there. They actually do a good job and they don’t rip me off. He checks my car out really well. He is a specific guy and he has a polish last name, but he is a service representative there.

They did not have to do anything to fix the check engine sensor light. We found the passenger seat light bulb was very expensive so we did not repair it. We just did regular maintenance. In the beginning the staff was friendly but the problem was they were not honest. They charged us too much for tires, which I found for much less money at a tire center. They were really good and quick.

It was under warranty at my last visit but the warranty has ended. I like the guys and they are good. I will absolutely continue using them.

I have owned many upscale cars and visited many dealerships. BMW on Camelback provide an excellent service. I feel they are very honest with me and always perform an excellent job. They are a bit pricey, but not much more (and in some cases less) than other shops around. Also who used to be my service guy (Rob) is not with them anymore. The last person who attended me was ok - but Rob was the best! Let's see how it goes from now on.

I am not sure what it takes to get a call returned from this dealership. You would think that after spending $45,000 on a new car, you'd see at least a small amount or attempt at providing customer service.

I have nice things to say about this dealership. I took my car in and they gave me a loaner car to move around while they did the work with my car. Which I consider that to be very professional. My experience with the dealership has always been great. The people are very nice and professional.
