Hired Francisco Carbjal to install concrete pool decking and patio. He failed to install it correctly. 1. He failed to install the felt barrier between the new patio and the foundation of the house. Causing the new patio to crack everywhere. 2. He failed to prepare the pool skimmer holes correctly, causing unsightly damage to the pool decking and for the skimmer basket covers to not fit correctly 3. He failed to properly finish the bottom of the copping causing the workers to have to retrofit the copping and while doing so they nicked my pool tile and then denied they did so and refused to fix it despite picture proof the tile damage was not there prior to their repairs Overall, this company is shady, they do everything possible to avoid the Arizona state mandatory 2 year warranty on their work. To this day (7 months later) they are still refusing to fix the damage and the problems they made. The pool deck needs to be completely replaced due to their maleficence.

Francisco truly knows the technicalities of landscaping, tree work, tree removal, and hard scalping. He delivers what he promises and no one beats his prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Hire him and find out.
