Carpet Installation
THE CARPET IS POPPING UP NEAR THE KITCHEN. THEY PUT THE VINYL IN THE BATHROOM AND IT WAS A 1/4" TOO SHORT. I CALLED TO TELL THEM ABOUT THIS. THEY CAME BACK AND PUT 1/4 ROUND IN AND DIDN'T EVEN MITER THE EDGES. ALSO, THEY USED A LEMON-COLORED CAULK IN THE LARGE SPACES ON THE BROWN QUARTER ROUND, IT DIDN'T MATCH. I WENT INTO THEIR OFFICE AND THE GUY I SPOKE WITH SAID HE CAN'T HELP ME BECAUSE HE'S THE SALES MANAGER. HE SAID I NEED TO TALK TO THE INSTALLATION TEAM. ABRAHAM, THE MANAGER OF THE INSTALLATION TEAM, TRIED TO HELP, BUT IT IS THE INSTALLATION TEAM DOING THE BAD WORK.

THE SALESMAN DID NOT COME TO MEASURE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BUT DID FINALLY COME. THE CARPET ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WAS SCHEDULED PROMPTLY. THE WORKERS WERE EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS, THEY COMPLETED THE JOB SATISFACTORILY.

Carpet Installation
THEY HAD GREAT PRICES AND I LOVED THE CARPET SELECTION. THERE ARE A COUPLE AREAS WHERE THE PADDING WAS THINNER AND COULD BE FELT THROUGH THE CARPET. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB ALL IN ONE DAY, WHICH I WAS SUPRISED THEY COULD ACCOMPISH.
