CARPET DEPOT EAST

Excelent.  I will definitely use them again when in need of carpet. 

They are pretty quick on getting us scheduled and came out the next day. They were on time and the worker was nice. I explained to the worker that we had just had the walls painted and to please be careful. He told me nothing to worry about. I came home and was satisfied by the carpet job they did but then noticed they scuffed up my paint on 2 corners and on the windowsill. I called the next day and was told the manager will call me on Monday. I never got a call back so I called them on Tuesday and Charlie said he would look into it. Wednesday I got a call from Mike the guy who did the work he said that he's supposed to tell clients that they may scuff paint and it's not their responsibility. But he would come on his own time to fix it. We decided we were not comfortable in having a carpet guy fix the paint job. So I called Charlie back to tell him how I felt and he said he understood but nothing there's else he could do for me. I expected them to have another option to fix the problem.

It went well. I had used this company on a rental home previously, and when our other carpet company could not schedule the installation of the carpet we chose for 2+ weeks, I told my husband to look here. They were able to find and install the same carpet, for a slightly higher price, but in our time frame.

Work was done the day after I chose the carpet.

IT TOOK ALL DAY AND THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THERE WERE SOME TOUGH CUTS BUT IT TURNED OUT PERFECT. THE PRICE WAS THE LOWEST AROUND EVEN LOWER THAN HOME DEPOT FOR THE SAME QUALITY. NICE CREW AND CLEAN-UP.
