I spoke to Olga and explained what I was wanting and how I had had a bad experience with someone else and she assured me everything would be done properly. I was not there they day they showed up for the appointment, but when I came home everything was perfect! It only took them just under 2 hours to get everything I asked for done! I am very persnickety about my floors and they looked amazing! Clean with no streaks/spots! I would recommend Olga and Carmen to anyone and will be scheduling with them again! Thank you!!!!!!!!!
