Car Repair of Scottsdale

Car Repair did a check and said the fluids appeared to have been recently changed, and were not in need of changing, and that the fuel line cleaning is done through additives to our gas, so unless we are having engine issues like pinging or things of that sort, we don't need to clean the fuel line.

I recently brought my chevy van in for an inspection before a long trip & a leak was found in the head gasket; they also noticed that the upper control arm bushings were a little saggy. They recommended that the head gasket problem be fixed but advised me that the bushings could wait as they weren't that bad. Another shop might have told me both were very necessary & try to get all the money out of me that they could. The people at the Car Repair company are always honest & only fix what really need repair. Frankly, I won't bring my car to any other shop.

They do regular monthly service, among many other things.

Both Jim and Amanda his scheduling manager were absolutely delightful, helpful and informative. I would go back to them in a New York minute for any car repair needs. The canine office representative, Brandy was a true lady too! Thank you for restoring my faith in auto mechanics!!!! Air is working perfectly!

CLARENCE WASN'T ABLE TO ISOLATE THE PROBLEM IN MY FIRST VISIT CORRECTLY AND SENT ME ELSEWHERE. BUT, I HAD TO RETURN WHEN KERRY LOOKED AT MY CAR AND FOUND A POSSIBLE LEAK WHICH THEY REPAIRED. BUT THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO RETURN AFTER A FEW DAYS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WHOLE PROBLEM WAS INDEED COMPLETELY SOLVED. I APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR INITIAL OVERSIGHT.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU COULD SAY THAT ABOUT AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP! THEY WILL TAKE YOU TO WORK AND PICK YOU UP, SO YOU DON'T FEEL STRANDED. THEY CHARGE A FARE PRICE FOR WHATEVER THEY DO. YOU WON'T FEEL GOUGED!!!
