The installer, Jake, from Candid Water Solutions was fantastic. Did the job efficiently, professionally, and under the cost estimate. Showed up 5 minutes early and completed the install in less time than given. The water in the kitchen sink and the DW had a fishy smell, he analyzed the problem, recommended a solution, and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend Candid Water Solutions to anyone. Very top notch company, and the owner is a veteran who served in the military. Highest customer care than I have experienced in the Valley. My job was in Scottsdale, AZ

The representative from Candid Water Solutions arrive precisely on time and proceeded to check out the under sink, reverse osmosis, and filtration system. He discussed what was his recommendation for the work to be done and I asked him to proceed. The work was done efficiently and despite the hard to access location, it was done efficiently, and there was no mess to clean up when he was through. The service person was in fact the owner of the firm and I found Jake to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was very pleased with the job he did and we set up an annual visit to check out our system and replace necessary parts when needed. I highly recommend this firm.
